About Me
I am a therapist, advocate, and facilitator committed to making mental health care more accessible, inclusive, and rooted in collective healing. My lived experiences navigating systemic barriers shaped my journey into this work. These experiences instilled in me a deep understanding of the challenges many face in seeking support and the importance of creating spaces where healing is possible.
With over a decade of experience in community engagement, peer support, and restorative justice, I have worked with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ youth, BIPOC communities, and individuals impacted by trauma. Before stepping into my current role, I facilitated support groups, developed youth programming, and worked in juvenile justice, always centering care, empowerment, and equity.
As an LSW at the Center for Resilience Strategies and RCSWI in private practice, I provide therapy focusing on trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. I am particularly interested in innovative and evidence-based approaches like somatics and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and their potential to support individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and suicidality—especially within historically marginalized communities.
My passion lies in reducing barriers to care, challenging policies that create obstacles, and creating pathways for people to access the support they deserve. I believe healing is a communal process, and I am committed to fostering spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered in their journeys.
Let’s Keep in Touch!
In addition to therapy, I curate community wellness events, create fun holistic products and occasionally share written and video content about things I am interested in, that I think you might be too! Share your email to stay in the loop.
