Hi, I’m Ari.
I’m a therapist, advocate, and facilitator dedicated to making mental health care more accessible, inclusive, and rooted in collective healing. My lived experiences navigating systemic barriers inspired my commitment to creating spaces where people can find genuine support. With over a decade of experience in community engagement, peer support, and restorative justice, I’ve worked with diverse populations including LGBTQ+ youth, BIPOC communities, and individuals impacted by trauma—always centering care, empowerment, and equity.
As an LSW at the Center for Resilience Strategies and RCSWI in private practice, I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy, integrating somatics and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and suicidality. My passion lies in reducing barriers to care, challenging harmful systems, and fostering environments where healing is a shared, empowering process.

I’m a Registered Social Worker in Ontario, Canada and EMDR Therapist supporting children, teens, adults, and couples. I have a special focus on neurodiverse individuals, helping clients embrace their strengths, improve emotional well-being, and foster deeper connections.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen and supported.
Drawing on evidence-based practices like EMDR, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, ACT, and the Gottman Method for couples, I support clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity-related challenges, and relationship issues. I’m here to help you build resilience, make empowered choices, and live in alignment with your values.
